New Court Booking System

Attention all Tennis and Pickleball Players – We are transitioning to the new booking system on January 15th

The current booking system will be discontinued at the end of the day on Saturday January 14th. You will continue to use it for your ‘5 day’ out bookings until the 14th. On the 15th you will switch to Court Reserve. All the future bookings you have made in the current system will be automatically moved to Court Reserve.

You should have already received a welcome email from Court Reserve with your new login information. Log in and check your personal information to insure everything is correct. Some phone numbers didn’t transfer over so please add yours if necessary. It is best to provide a cell phone number as the system has the ability to send text messages. If there are multiple accounts within a household we have set you up as a ‘Family’ group. This will allow you to make bookings, changes or event signups for your partner/spouse/child.

If you do not receive a welcome email please email Karen Brown or follow this link and click on the ‘Create Account’ button and fill in the form.

Three training sessions will be provided if you need help with the transition. They will be held at the clubhouse at 11:30 am on Saturday January 14th, Sunday January 15th and Monday January 16th.

The Court Reserve app can be downloaded from the Apple and Google app stores.
