If you wish to avoid any damages that may occur, please remove all items from the courtyard. Homeowners renting out their property should advise their renters that there will be roof repairs and that adjusting the schedule is not possible. BRS Roofing will be cleaning up daily however you can expect dust as a result of this maintenance. BRS Roofing nor the HOA will be held responsible for any damages to any personal property that was not removed.
