At the Board of Directors Meeting on July 27, the ballots for the membership vote on the Vision 2025 Infrastructure Plan and Special Assessment were opened and tallied by the Inspectors of Election. A total of 194 ballots were received which exceeded the quorum requirement of 129. Of these, 167 votes were in favor, 26 were opposed and one was invalid.
The Board of Directors would like to thank the membership for recognizing the importance of this vote. Ballots were received from 75% of the owners and of the votes cast, 86% were in favor, both strong indicators of community support for the bright and sustainable future envisioned by the Vision 2025 Infrastructure Plan.
