Effective immediately reservations are no longer required to use the Fitness Center.
However, if you are not fully vaccinated, we kindly ask that you wear a mask while using the facilities.

The Tennis Committee has been informed that the tennis professional who was teaching at Silver Sands on Tuesday, December 28 has tested positive for COVID-19.

He will be in quarantine for 10 days until he tests negative.

There will be no pro available on January 2, 2022.

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is requiring masks to be worn in all indoor public settings, irrespective of vaccine status, for the next four weeks (December 15, 2021 through January 15, 2022). More information regarding this mandate can be found here.

The board is pleased to announce that California has lifted most COVID restrictions allowing for the clubhouse, pool areas and gym to open to normal capacity. Therefore, we are lifting capacity limitations and social distancing for the common area facilities (pools/spas, clubhouse, and gym).
 
Individuals who are fully vaccinated may use the common area facilities without a mask and are attesting to the fact that they are fully vaccinated.
 
Masks are required for non-vaccinated individuals who wish to use the indoor common area facilities.
 
Please continue to bring your own sanitizer to clean pool furniture.
 
Please continue to sanitize gym equipment before and after use.
 
Reservations for the gym will still be available through TownSq.
 
As always, please do not use the pool or gym facilities if you are experiencing symptoms of illness.

We are pleased to announce that the clubhouse is now open for use. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Indoor gatherings are strongly discouraged, allowed with modifications (no food/drink except when following the standards in the guidance).
• Maximum 25% capacity in settings where capacity limits exists or 25 people or whichever is fewer.
• Maximum three households at one time.
• Residents must wear a mask while in the clubhouse.
• Maintain social distancing (e.g. 6 feet).

We encourage all residents to wash and sanitize hands frequently.
