Starting today, the temperature of all swimming pools will be increased to 86 degrees, due to a drop in natural gas prices, We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and patience over the past few months. Lowering the temperatures of 11 pools saved us more than $50,000. The board would like to express its gratitude to you for your support.

Renovations will be begin on pools 7 and 8 at the beginning of March. Residents near these pools are advised to keep their window facing the pools closed as there will be significant dust and noise from the removal of concrete surfaces.
In an effort to stay ahead of escalating costs, the pool renovation schedule has been adjusted and we are now hoping to have all three pools completed by the end of the year.
Renovations to Pool 6 are now expected to start within the next week.
Pool 10 renovations are well underway and Pool 5 is just starting.
A reminder that here will be a considerable amount of construction noise and dust, especially during the grinding phase of reconstruction. Residents living close to the pool are advised to keep their windows and doors closed during this phase.

As part of the Vision 2025 infrastructure project, three pools will be renovated over the next five months. Each renovation will take approximately 10 weeks. Work on pool 10 is underway and is expected to be completed in mid November.
Pool 5 is scheduled for mid-November (no work over the Christmas holidays) and pool 6 will start in mid to late January. More precise construction starting dates will be provided when they become available.
