Renovations will be begin on pools 7 and 8 at the beginning of March. Residents near these pools are advised to keep their window facing the pools closed as there will be significant dust and noise from the removal of concrete surfaces.

Effective immediately reservations are no longer required to use the Fitness Center.
However, if you are not fully vaccinated, we kindly ask that you wear a mask while using the facilities.

Great news Pickleball and Tennis players!

The spotted walls on our courts are being repaired and painted! The work will happen on courts 2, 3 and 4 on Tuesday and Wednesday February 15th and 16th. For those two days, court 3 will be taped for four pickleball courts and will not be available for tennis. The work on courts 5, 6 and 8 will occur on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday February 22-24. Unfortunately this will result in fewer courts available for prime time play on those days. The booking system will identify courts blocked for play.

Please be courteous to the workers on site and allow them to complete their work unobstructed.

The Pickleball & Tennis Committees

Due to COVID-19 and scheduling issues, the social committee is canceling the New Homeowners evening planned for this year. We’re hoping to do something special in the Fall.

We’ve noticed many of the new folks already getting involved with our Silver Sands activities. “Old" homeowners, if you haven’t already done so, take a few minutes to meet your new neighbors and encourage them to participate. “New" homeowners, don’t be shy. If you haven’t already done so, try something new or old - tennis, pickleball, mahjong, bridge, crafts, etc. and join a committee (sign-ups are due by February 15).
 
Committees are a great way to get involved and meet new people. Sign up for the next year by contacting SCarr@drminternet.com. Just give your name, email address and phone number and the committee you would like to join. You can find a list of committees here.​​
