Notice of Scheduled Maintenance
 
Phase 7 of the Silver Sands roofing project will start on Monday, March 29. An estimated schedule for the work to be done on homes will be provided soon. The following addresses are scheduled for a tile raise and re-set.

If you wish to avoid any damages that may occur, please remove all items from the courtyard. Homeowners that are renting out their property, please advise your renters that there will be roof repairs and adjusting the schedule is not possible. BRS Roofing will be cleaning up daily however still expect dust as a result of this maintenance. BRS Roofing nor the Association will be held responsible for any damages to any personal property that was not removed.

We are pleased to announce that the clubhouse is now open for use. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Indoor gatherings are strongly discouraged, allowed with modifications (no food/drink except when following the standards in the guidance).
• Maximum 25% capacity in settings where capacity limits exists or 25 people or whichever is fewer.
• Maximum three households at one time.
• Residents must wear a mask while in the clubhouse.
• Maintain social distancing (e.g. 6 feet).

We encourage all residents to wash and sanitize hands frequently.

Spectrum is having problems with its internet, phone and cable service in Silver Sands resulting in intermittent outages. Please contact Spectrum at 833-267-6094 for up to date information. This is also affecting the front gate.

The Board of Directors thanks the more than 130 owners who have responded to the survey so far but is looking forward to more input.

If you received an email invitation for the survey and haven't yet responded, please click on the link in the email you received and complete the survey. There are only two questions.

Please note that only one vote for each property is permitted. The survey results are anonymous.

Responses are welcome until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 14.

Note:  All of the homeowner informational materials relating to the Vision 2025 Infrastructure Plan can be found on the Silver Sands website. In addition, there will be another Q&A to follow up on questions and concerns cited in the survey comments.
